The Radio performance, Wire Arts Experiment vol.2
Hackesche Höfe, Berlin, Germany
In collaboration with Jae Kyung Kim
Jae Kyung and Jayoon developed one of their MA group projects, The Radio at RCA, into an interactive installation and presented it in Berlin.
The piece exposes the vast amount of personal information we upload online without realising it can be publicly accessed. Though we experience a sense of agency when reading data, hearing our private information broadcast as sound through radio waves makes our digital vulnerability impossible to ignore.
